摘要
对虾机械化剥壳是对虾深加工的关键技术。针对对虾剥壳设计了挤压式剥壳试验装置,阐述了对虾的挤压剥壳原理,分析了剥壳过程中对虾的受力情况;通过试验确定了挤压式剥壳试验装置的相关参数,利用现有的辊子直径为100 mm的对辊试验表明:最佳间隙为1 mm,电机转速为10 r/min,对虾腹部朝下放置,可保证剥壳率和虾仁的完整性。
In the deep processing of shrimp, shrimp mechanized peeling is a key technology. In this paper, device of extrusion type shrimp peeling was designed, meanwhile, mechanism of extrusion shrimp shelling was elaborated and the force of shrimp peeling process was analyzed. Related parameters of extrusion peeling for the device were determined through the test which provided theoretical basis for further improvement of prawn shelling equipment design. The results showed that when the diameter of the roller was 100 mm, the best clearance was 1 mm, the rotation speed of motor was 10 r/min and shrimp abdomen gadarene place, all of these can ensure the shelling rate and the intem'itv of shrimn.
