摘要
从杏核的外形几何特征和外壳的力学特性出发,以满足脱壳率和整仁率为目的设计了侧边挤压破壳方式的新型杏核脱壳机。并对新型脱壳机的主要结构参数导入角、挤压板间隙、挤压盘尺寸和速度与脱壳率和整仁率的关系进行了分析。该机整机结构简单,制造成本低,简单调整可满足多种加工要求,生产率高。模型试验效果良好,特别适用于中小型生产规模和多品种加工。
Based on geometrical and mechanical characteristics of the apricot shells,a new device that is presses the wide side of apricot shells is designed for shelling,in order to meet both the rote of shelling and com pletness Analyzing relations between the main parameters such as guidance angle,extrusion clearance,etc.and the rate of Shelling and completness. The device has the simple configurations;lower costs of manufacture,higher production and can meet varieties shelling.Model test is all right.The set is especially for small and middle producers.
