DEVELOPMENT LIMITATION OF BIM LINEAR THINKING AND INNOVATION OF SPHERICAL THINKING MODE

摘要 针对目前国内设计院推行BIM过程中出现的问题,从思维模式角度出发,认为这与实施者及推广者的线性思维有极大关系。并从BIM诞生的缘由与球形思维的极大相似性出发,提出以球形思维指导BIM实施,并提出了分期规划、平台选择、技术积累、项目选择、人才培养和组织保障等破解策略。 From the point of view on thinking mode, it is believed that existing problems in promotion of BIM technique among domestic design institutes have close relationship to executor and thinking. Based on BIM development and its extreme similarity to spherical thinking, it is spherical thinking could be used to guide the implementation of BIM and relevant solutions such as stage planning, platform selection, technical accumulation, project selection, tal organization guarantee, etc. promoter's linear pointed out that are put forwards, ent training and organization guarantee, etc.
