摘要
以东海商务中心二期酒店综合体项目为例,通过采用BIM技术,实现了机电安装工程的管线综合平衡设计、系统平衡校核、预制件加工、预算工程量统计等信息化管理,在提高效率的同时,优化了其管理效率和管理流程。实现施工企业信息化、工业化、精细化管理是工程降本增效的有力手段,有效提升了项目管理水平,从而提高了建筑工程质量,降低了管理成本,实现了绿色科技与建筑融合的目标。
Taking the Donghai business center II rummery complex project as example, this article describes how to fulfill the information management for the pipeline balancing design, system balancing testing, prefabricated parts processing, project budget, ere, with the help of BIM technology for building information model. This technology helps to increase the construction efficiency, optimize the management efficiency and procedures. So that to prove the information, industrialization and refined management for the construction enterprise are strong measures to decrease the costs of project, which can help improving the project management and the construction quality, deduct the management cost, to achieve the goal of integration of environmental-friendly technology and construction.
