摘要
北京谷泉会议中心客房楼及附属设施工程为山地建筑,主体结构为由斜墙、斜柱组成的现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,施工难度很大。通过应用BIM技术,建立了三维空间实体模型,实现了可视化指导施工;对现场进行了整合,提高了与相关各方的沟通效率;并在模型中加入了时间信息,建立了4D模型进行施工模拟,大大提高了工作效率,降低了成本。
The vip room building and its ancillary facilities of Beijing Guquan Conference Center belong to mountainous building whose main structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure consisting of oblique walls and columns, so the construction encounters great difficulties, BIM technique is used to establish 3D spatial entity model, realize visual construction guidance, integrate the construction site and improve efficiency of communication with all related disciplines; time data is added into the model and a 4D model is successfully established to successfully simulate the construction, improve construction efficiency and reduce construction cost.
