摘要
目的:建立桂枝解郁胶囊的鉴别方法和制剂中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中白芍、甘草进行鉴别,采用HPLC法对制剂中的桂皮醛进行定量分析。结果:鉴别项下的阴性对照品无干扰,专属性强;桂皮醛在0.04319μg^0.8639μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=1,平均回收率为99.1%(n=6),RSD为2.79%。结论:本研究建立的鉴别与含量测定方法,专属性、重复性好,可有效地控制桂枝解郁胶囊的质量。
Objective： To establish the methods of identify and the content determined of Cinnamaldehyde for Gui-Zhi-Jie-Yu Capsule. Methods： Paeoniae Radix Alba, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC. The content of Cinnamaldehyde was determined by HPLC. Results： TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no intederence. The linear rangers were O. 04319μg ～0. 8639 μg （ r = 1 ） for Cinnamaldehyde, average recovery 99. 1% （ n =6）, RSD 2. 79%, respoctively. Conclusion： The methods are effective for the quality control of the Gui-zhi-jie-yu Capsule
