STUDIES ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF ESSENTIAL OIL FROM RAMULUS CINNAMOMI BY HRCGC MS

摘要 采用高分辨毛细管气相色谱-质谱(HRCGC-MS)联用技术分析了中药桂枝挥发油成分,鉴定了44个成分,含量在1%以上的有9个,其中以桂皮醛(cinnamicaldehyde,62.4%)为最多,已鉴定的成分占所得挥发油总量的97%以上。 Essential oil from Ramulus Cinnamomi(Cinnamomum eassia) was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical components of the oil were examined by means of high resolution capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. 44 of the 50 separated constituents were identified by MS. The contents of each components identified were determined by area normalization method. Of these, the content of 9 compounds was higher than 1%.
