摘要
本文主要从两个方面来论述构建新型的学生工作模式 :一是政工干部实行垂直管理 ,二是以“中心”为载体 。
The author proposes in this paper that a new model of student management be constructed in two ways:by the vertical management of political functionaries and by using the various student“centers”as carriers to propel the overall improvement of students'comprehensive qualities.
