摘要
面对全球化浪潮对我国高等教育产生的深刻影响,大学生管理模式的创新已成为必然趋势。在全球化背景下,既要强调构建大学生管理的主体模式—"人本管理",同时,又必须努力夯实"科学管理"的基础,确立"服务管理"的新视角。
In front of the great influence of globalization on China's high-education system, it will be a trend to innovate the model of managing the university students. On this background, our management should be based on the spirit of 'taking the people as the basis'. We should construct the method of 'scientific management', and establish the concept of 'service management'.
