摘要
本文从学生网络化生活环境形成,大学校园内社会化生活环境的形成和大学生思想观念多样化形成三个方面分析了当前高校学生教育和管理面对的新情况,新问题。提出更新观念,树立以学生为本的教育理念。对学生思想教育和管理模式要进行探索;构建个性化教育模式、咨询式教育模式、全方位育人模式、“契约式”管理模式和创新式教学模式。
The socialization and networkization of college life, along with the variety in ideas of students, make some new problems in education and management. In the seeking for a new pattern of education and management, we should renew and adopt the student - based educational ideas.
