复方丹参片对早期激素性股骨头坏死患者血液流变学的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Compound Salvia Tablet on the Hemorheology of Patients with Early Steroid-Induced Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

摘要 目的研究早期激素性股骨头坏死患者血液流变学的改变,并探讨复方丹参片对其的影响。方法选择早期激素性股骨头坏死患者50例,测量并分析其血液流变学的各项指标;口服复方丹参片3个月后,再次测量以上指标,并行比较。结果早期激素性股骨头坏死患者全血粘度10(1/s)、还原粘度10(1/s)、红细胞电泳指数较标准值明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);口服复方丹参片3个月后,全血粘度10(1/s)、还原粘度10(1/s)、红细胞电泳指数降低至正常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期激素性股骨头坏死患者多有血液粘稠度升高的表现,而复方丹参片可有效改善早期激素性股骨头坏死患者血液的黏稠度。 Objective To study the hemorheology changes of patients with early steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and to investigate the effect of Compound Salvia tablet on this process.Methods Fifty cases of patients with early steroid osteonecrosis of the femoral head were selected and given oral Compound Salvia tablet administration for 3 months.Their indexes of hemorheology were measured and analyzed before and after administration.Results Compared with the standard value,the whole blood viscosity 10(1/s),reduced viscosity 10(1/s),and red cell electrophoresis index increased significantly in patients with early steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head(P 0.05);having taken oral compound salvia tablet for 3 months,whole blood viscosity 10(1/s),reduced viscosity 10(1/s) and red cell electrophoresis index of patients with early steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head decreased to normal,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions The viscosity of blood increases significantly in patients with early steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and Compound Salvia tablet can effectively improve the viscosity of blood of patients with early steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
