摘要
作者进行了实验性激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的发病机制研究。64只白兔分为两组,实验组48只,每周皮下注射醋酸氢化可的松8mg/kg;对照组16只,每周皮下注射生理盐水0.32mg/kg,两组动物同样条件下喂养。结果显示:激素药物能引起股骨头骨细胞发生脂肪变性和坏死,小血管脂肪栓塞。肥大的骨髓内脂肪细胞压迫股骨头内小静脉引起毛细血管血液瘀滞。毛细血管生长和再生受到抑制。
AbstractThe authors adopted an animal model to observethe pathogenic mechanism of steroid- induced avascularnecrosis of the femoral head. Sixty-four white rabbitswere divded into two groups:hydrocortisone acetate(8mg / kg ) was hypodernllcally given to 48 experimen-tal animals and 0.32mg/kg of normal salineto 16 rab-bits for control, Two groups of animal were fed andkept in the same condition, The resuIts showed thatapplication of the steriod drug could produce fat degen-eration and necrosis of osteocvtes and fat embolism inthe small blood vessels of the femoral head.The ab-normal hypertrophied fat cells in the bone marrowcompressed small veins in the femoral head resulting inblood stasis of the capillaries, thus growth and regen-erahion of the capillary were inhibited.
