摘要 为了降低中小制造企业的成本及增强企业对市场的应变能力,在保证加工精度的前提下,设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏的数控冲床专用控制系统。利用可编程序控制器控制步进电动机构成开环控制系统,可实现较精确的位置控制。使用触摸屏作为控制界面,不仅使得人机对话更加方便,而且改善了系统的性能。通过调试搭建的实验机模型,表明该经济型数控系统操作简单、可靠性高、稳定性好,可以满足一般加工精度的要求。 In order to reduce the cost and enhance the adaptability of the enterprise market of small and medium - sized manufacturing enterprises, under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of processing, a CNC punch press dedicated control system based on PLC and touch screen system was designed. Pro- grammable controller and stepper motor composed one open loop control system which can achieve more accurate position control. By using the touch screen as a control interface, the man - machine dialogue be- came more convenient and the performance of the system was improved. Debugging the build experimental machine model shows that the economic CNC system has the advantages of simple operation, high reliabil- ity and good stability. Besides these, the general requirements of the machining accuracy are met by the e- conomic CNC system.
