摘要
传统的机电体化实验教学存在明显的不足。为此,基于虚拟仪器技术,建立了机电一体化教学实验平台。通过对系统硬件平台和软件平台的构建,完成了开环控制系统、闭环控制系统、机器视觉、传感器技术等多项教学实验内容。实验结果表明,通过模块化设计以及良好的人机交互界面,能够使学生的动手实践能力、创新能力以及综合运用各学科知识的能力都得到锻炼和提高。
Traditional experiment of mechanotronics is obviously shortcoming. A mechanotronics experimental teaching platform based on virtual instrument was proposed. The teaching experiments such as open-loop control system, closed-loop control system, machine vision and the sensor measuring were realized based on the hardware platform and the software. The experimental results show that, with the modular design and the well man-machine interface, the student' s practicing ability, innovation a- bility and the synthesizing ability can all be approved.
