摘要
提出了一种步进振动选料系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,采用步进位移和振动选料相结合来实现选料和行列装盘的一体化。在系统的设计上,采用反向制动的设计思想来减小制动时间,以此提高系统的稳定性和提高系统的响应速度,通过实验验证取得了较好的效果.
This article has set forth one kind of step vibration selection and array system. The system, using PLC as the control core, it has realized selecting materials and ranks integration, which adopt step displacement and vibration selection united. In the design of system, the thought of reverse brake was applied to reduce the braking time" and to improve system's stability and response speed. The good effect has been achieved through the experiments.
