摘要
目的比较研究多酶原液灌洗-刷洗法与多酶应用液(1∶200)浸泡洗涤法两种方法清洗内镜的效果,改进内镜清洗方法,确保内镜清洗消毒的质量;节约多酶洗液、减少环境污染、科学有效地使用酶洗液。方法设A、B两组,A组采用多酶应用液(1∶200)浸泡洗涤法;B组采用直接多酶原液灌洗-刷洗法,分别处理90条内镜,再用2%戊二醛消毒液消毒,然后分别采样,对两种清洗消毒方法的内镜清洗消毒效果进行检测比较。结果内镜镜身、内管细菌菌落数≤20CFU/条,无致病菌,两组消毒后效果检测均合格,合格率为100.0%。结论应用多酶原液直接灌洗-刷洗方法替代多酶应用液(1∶200)浸泡法处理后的内镜不仅能够达到清洗消毒的效果,消毒效果检测结果完全符合国家卫生标准和要求,而且节约大量的多酶洗液可减少环境污染,可在内镜清洗工作中推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To identify an economical and environment friendly method to clean the introscopes throughthe comparison of the washing effect of introscope between the multienzyme stock solution and working solution (1:200) and improve the cleaning method of endoscope so as to ensure the quality of cleaning and disinfection of en-doscopes ,save multi-enzyme detergent,reduce environmental pollution, and scientifically and effectively use multi-enzyme detergent. METHODS The endoscopes were grouped into A and B,the group A used the soaked workingsolution(1 :200 diluted),while the group B was treated the multienzyme stock solution and lavage-brushing,with90 endoscopes in each group, then the endoscopes were disinfected with 2% glutaric dialdehyde, and then weresampled respectively, the effects of cleaning and disinfection of the endoscopes were observed and compared between the two cleaning and disinfection methods. RESULTS The result of the cleaning and disinfection demonstrated that both the group A and B met the standards of sterilization, the qualified rate was 100. 0% , with the bacterial colony count on the body or inner side of the endoscopes less than 20 CFU/piece. CONCLUSION Using mul-tienzyme stock solution instead of working solution (1 : 200) can not only achieve the cleaning and disinfectioneffect but completely conform to the standard of the state health, it can also save multienzyme washing buffer andreduce the pollution,worthy to be promoted in the cleaning of endoscopes.
