摘要
目的提高医护人员对医院感染的认识,减少医院感染率,使膀胱镜更好地服务于临床。方法找出膀胱镜检查室存在的安全隐患,制定相应的对策及行之有效的防范措施。结果完善了膀胱镜检查室控制医院感染的管理制度,以及标准化消毒管理程序,减少了医院感染。结论加强规范化、标准化的监测管理体系建设,消除膀胱镜检查室的安全隐患。
OBJECTIVE To improve the awareness of medical staffs about nosocomial infection so as to reduce the rate of hospital infections caused by cystoscopy.METHODS Efforts were made to find out hidden risks in the cystoscopy examination room,and corresponding countermeasures and effective preventive measures were developed.RESULTS The management system to control nosocomial infections and the standardized disinfection procedures were improved and nosocomial infections were decreased.CONCLUSION It is so important to strengthen the construction of normalized and standardized supervision management system in order to eliminate the hidden risks in cystoscopy examination room.
