摘要
明政府尊崇程朱理学,推崇《朱子家礼》,但社会上不遵循《朱子家礼》的现象仍广泛存在。这一现象的出现主要是《朱子家礼》自身存在不足,不良风俗的阻挠、地理位置的限制、人情、恩义、宗族以及人们认识不同等主客观原因导致的。从礼制史角度来认识明人不遵循《朱子家礼》的现象,使我们更为深刻地了解礼制诸多共性,即礼制有时代性的特征、变通创新是礼制发展的规律、礼制的普及需要破除恶俗、礼制的实施需要考虑社会现实等。有"礼仪之邦"美誉的中国社会正遭遇礼仪的缺失,建立既适应当代社会,又符合中华传统文化的现代礼制,是需要学界乃至社会各界人士共同努力解决的重大课题。
The government in Ming Dynasty worships Zhu Zi Family Rituals.But the phenomenon that every place disobeys it is a very obvious fact,due to the shortcomings of itself,the obstruction of bad customs,limit of geographical place,trammels of feeling,morality,clansman’s reality and people’ s objective and subjective reasons of different understandings.People disobeying Zhu Zi Family Ritu als makes us profoundly know the following facts： rituals have the symbol of times,changing and in novation are the law of ritual development,the spread of rituals needs to get rid of bad customs and think of social reality.Consequently,it is helpful for academic circles and people of all walks to build modern rituals that not only get on with present society,but abide by Chinese traditional culture.
