摘要
采用超高效液相色谱一二极管阵列检测器,通过2,4-二硝基苯肼柱前衍生建立皮革废水中7种醛(乙二醛、甲醛、乙醛、糠醛、丙醛、丁醛、戊二醛)的快速检测方法。对衍生化温度条件进行了优化。在最佳条件下,方法中各种醛的检出限在20~30μg/L之间,方法的回收率高于96.3%。方法可用于制革废水中醛类的测定。
A simple pre - column derivatization method was developed for the determination of seven aldehydes in tannery effluent by using 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine as pre - column labeling reagent followed by ultra performance liquid chromatography with Photo -Diode Array detector. These aldehydes were glyoxal, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, furfural, propionaldehyde, butyraldehyde and glutaraldehyde. Derivatizing temperature was investigated in detail. Under optimal conditions, the quantification limits for the desired compounds ranging from 20 to 30μg/L are obtained. The recoveries are higher than 96.3%. The proposed method is successfully applied for the determination of the target compounds in tannery effluent.
