摘要
为优化食品中游离甲醛的测定方法,采用固相提取、高效液相色谱法测定食品中微量游离甲醛的含量。试样经水浸泡等方法处理后过滤,取过滤液与2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生反应后,经OasisHLB富集净化,采用Luna5μC18(2)色谱柱,水与乙腈为流动相,选用380nm波长检测,与标准谱图比较进行定性,外标定量。本法的回收率分布于85.0%~97.4%,检出限为0.025mg kg。本方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点。
This study was conducted to optimize the method for determination of trace of free formaldehyde in foods by HPLC. The samples were soaked by water, then the liquid was made to react with 2, 4 - Dinitrophenylhydrazine and then, purified and enriched by Oasis HLB Cartridge. The components were separated on a Luna 5μ C18 (2) column with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase and UV detection at 380 nm. The recovery was 87.0% - 99.4%. The limit of detection was 0.025 mg/kg. It is concluded that the method is sensitive and accurate.
