摘要
以四川红原县为例,研究在牧民定居背景下的畜牧业发展现状,探寻其中存在的矛盾和可行的解决途径.通过实地调查访谈的手段,调查了红原地区目前的牧民生产生活状况,从畜牧业发展的三个环节:饲草、养殖、产出中的一些新变化.研究结果表明:在市场经济飞速发展的大背景下,草场与畜牧、定居于游牧之间的矛盾日益尖锐.为有效促进了当地经济可持续发展,我们必须积极推进合作化经营、合理利用草场,有效缓解生态压力,同时发展其他产业,使一部分人得以有条件脱离牧业生产.
In order to understand the modem animal husbandry development under the background of herdsman settlement, a study was conducted on the forage grass, livestock breeding and animal production in Hongyuan county, Sichuan province China during Aug. 2012. Based on the present situations of animal husbandry, the results show some new changes under the market economy： the contradiction between the grassland and animal husbandry, settled and nomadism. To promote the local economic sustainable development, the problem-solving methods include developing the cooperative management, rational utilization of pasture, alleviating the ecological pressure, the development of other industries, and allowing some people to have conditions from animal husbandry production.
