摘要
通过对安徽省农户进行调查,从人力资本、社会资本、家庭和人口学特征四个方面考察了三次产业从业农民收入的决定因素。分析发现,第一产业从业人员已经明显向第二、三产业分化。第一产业内部从业人员也在分化,并且至少可以分为三类。职业分化的同时,带来了收入分化。回归结果表明:收入分化的决定性因素是人力资本,表现为由第一产业流到第二、三产业者,受教育程度高、流动性大、收入的稳定性低,在二、三产业中处于社会中下层;不同产业所表现出的人力资本、社会资本、家庭特征和人口学特征有很大差异。据此,提出了相应的政策建议。
According to the investigation data of rural households in Anhui Province, this paper analyses the factors determining of peasants＇ income in three industries from fours aspects： human capital, social capital, family and demographic characteristics. The analysis shows that there are obvious differentiations that the employees from the first industry to the second and third industry and that in the interior employees of first industry be divided into three types at least. Professional differentiation always accompanies with income differentiation. The regression shows that human capital is the determinant of income differentiation, representing that the employees of first industry has characteristics of highly-educated, strong liquidity, and low stability of income, which flow into the second and third industry and is located in middle and lower classes in the society. There are great diversities in different industries of human capital, social capital, family characteristics, and demographic characteristics. Because of this, we put forward the corresponding policy suggestions in the end.
