摘要
本文通过实证研究,分析了各地区工业化水平的提高对转移农村剩余劳动力的贡献。通过对各地区第一产业劳动力转移弹性系数和第二、三产业的劳动力就业弹性系数计算比较,分析了各地区在劳动力转移方面优势和劣势,对各省区未来工业的发展有一定的借鉴作用。
With the empirical research,this paper analyzes the contributions to rural labor transfer promoted by the improvement of the industrialization level in different.By comparing the labor transfer elastic coefficient of primary industry and the labor employment elastic coefficient of secondary industry and third industry,we analyzes the strength and the weakness of different provinces in rural labor transfer,which will be useful for the industrial development of the province in the future.
