摘要
利用Logistic模型从农户职业分化和收入分化角度对农户林地流转影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果显示:农户的职业分化和收入分化对样本农户的林地流转行为产生了显著的影响,越是远离农业经营者身份的农户越倾向转出林地,而不是转入林地;而农户家庭收入的提高会显著地促进林地的转入;此外农户的家庭林业劳动力、户主的年龄以及农户对林地流转政策的认知程度对林地流转行为也产生了显著的影响。文章结尾提出了相关政策建议。
This study employs Logit model to empirically analyze the relationship between forestland circulation and rural-household differentiation in occupation and income. The results show that the rural-household differentiation in occupation and income have significant influences on the farmers＇ forest- land circulation activities. The rural-household whose occupation identity is away from agriculture operators is incline to rent out foresflands, instead of transferring in. The increase of household income also has positive impact on forestland inflow. Besides, population of forestry/ labor force, householder＇s age and the awareness of policies about foresfland transfer has the remarkable influence on woodland circulation. Finally this paper made some policy recommendations.
