绒毛膜羊膜炎四例临床分析及文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 绒毛膜羊膜炎是宫内感染的一种表现，当显微镜下发现单核及多核白细胞浸润绒毛膜时，称为绒毛膜羊膜炎。然而，镜下白细胞浸润绒毛膜不是特异性变化。临床诊疗中，孕妇出现胎膜早破，并发热、阴道分泌物有异味、白细胞及C反应蛋白（CRP）升高、母儿心率增快时，绒毛膜羊膜炎容易诊断，而由各种微生物造成的隐性绒毛膜羊膜炎，为产科临床工作设置了难题。本研究结合近期诊治的4例绒毛膜羊膜炎病例，复习2002年1月至2013年6月的国内外相关文献，对绒毛膜羊膜炎的临床表现、诊断依据、终止妊娠时机、妊娠结局及后续治疗进行分析。
