ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早产分娩中的作用研究

摘要 目的:研究细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在足月及早产分娩发动前后孕妇子宫下段肌层中的表达,探讨ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早产分娩中的作用。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早产分娩发动前后各组孕妇子宫下段肌层中的表达。结果:足月及早产分娩发动组中ICAM-1在子宫下段肌层血管内皮细胞上的表达均显著强于分娩未发动组。MMP-9在分娩发动子宫下段间质中的表达也均显著强于分娩发动前。分娩发动后白细胞浸润间质较分娩发动前明显增加。结论:ICAM-1和MMP-9在足月及早产分娩发动中显著增加,它们在分娩发动中具有重要作用。早产发生机制与足月分娩发动相似,类似于急性炎症反应。 Objective: To detect the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1)and matrix-metallo- proteinase-9 (MMP-9)in the lower uterine segment during term labor and preterm labor, thereby investigate the role of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in the process of term labor and preterm labor. Methods: Immunohistochemistry(with SP method)was utilized to measure the expression of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in the lower uterine segment tissue specimens. Results:we detected expression of ICAM-1 localized to the vascular endothelium in the lower uterine segment. Expression of MMP-9 was detected mainly in the stroma of the lower uterine segment. We found expression of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 were stronger in labor than before labor whether term or preterm. At the same time,leukocytes were found more significantly infiltrated into the uterine stroma in labor than without labor. Conclusion:Expression of ICAM-1 and MMP-9 in the lower uterine segment increased significantly during term and preterm labor. They play an important role not only in term but also preterm labor. Both term and preterm labor exhibit similarities with inflammatory reaction.
