摘要
目的了解氟铃脲原药对大鼠的亚慢性毒性,求出最大无作用剂量。方法将80只SD大鼠随机分为4组,每组20只,分别给氟铃脲原药800、400、200、0 mg/(kg·d)灌胃染毒90 d,每周称量大鼠体重,90天后检测各项血生化指标,测定脏器重量并计算脏器系数,光学显微镜下对脏器进行病理学检查。结果氟铃脲原药大剂量组[800 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量组[400 mg/(kg·d)]肝组织病理学检查可见形态改变,血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活力升高。小剂量组[200 mg/(kg·d)]各项指标与对照组比较未见异常。结论氟铃脲原药对大鼠有肝脏毒性,最大无作用剂量为200 mg/(kg·d)。
[ Objective]To study the subchronic toxicity of Hexaflumuron in rats and obtain no observed adverse effect level ( NOAEL}. [ Methods] A total of 80 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, with 20 in each group. The rats were gavaged hexaflumu- ron at dose of 800 mg/( kg·d }, 400 rag/( kg ·d ), 200 mg/( kg·d }, 0 mg/( kg· d ) for 90 days. Body weight was measured per week. Serum biochemical indicators were determined at the end of the study . Organ weight was measured and organ index was calculated. Pathological examination was performed on organs under an optical microscope. [Results]The results showed pathological changes of the liver were observed in the high dose [ 800 mg/( kg·d } ] group and medium dose [ 400 mg/( kg·d } ] group. Serum activity of aspartate aminotrans ferase( AST} increased in rats. No significant changes in indicators were found in the low dose group [200 mg/( kg·d} ]. [ Conclusion]The Hexaflumuron can induce liver harm, The NOAEL is 200 mg/(kg·d}.
