摘要
为评价表达致龋变异链球菌表面蛋白和霍乱毒素B亚单位的转基因番茄防龋疫苗的安全性,进行了大鼠经口灌胃染毒试验。结果表明,急性毒性试验中大鼠均未见毒性症状,急性毒性LD50>20 g/kg;亚慢性毒性试验中大鼠均未见毒性症状,在血液学和生化、脏器系数和组织病理学检查中,试验组大鼠与阴性对照组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明,表达致龋变异链球菌表面蛋白和霍乱毒素B亚单位嵌合体蛋白的转基因番茄防龋疫苗对大鼠安全。
The healthy rats were perfused with transgenic tomato juice containing PAcA/CTB protein and PAcP/CTB protein to evaluate the safety of transgenic tomato anti-caries vaccine with surface protein of streptococcus mutans and cholera toxin B subunit.The results showed that the toxic symptom was not found on tested rats in the acute and subchronic toxicity tests,the LD50 of acute toxicity was more than 20g/kg,there were no significant difference in hematological index,blood biochemistry index,organ coefficient and histopathology between the tested group and negative CK group,which indicates that transgenic tomato anti-caries vaccine with surface protein of streptococcus mutans and cholera toxin B subunit is safe to rats.
