氟对大鼠免疫器官的影响及“抗氟灵”对氟拮抗作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了氟对大鼠免疫器官的影响及“抗氟灵”对氟的拮抗作用。24只大鼠被随机分成3组,A组为阴性对照组,B组为染氟组,C组为氟加“抗氟灵”组。观察与检测了所有动物的胸腺及脾脏的蛋白质含量,脏器重量,脏器系数及形态学变化。结果显示:B组动物胸腺与脾脏的蛋白含量,脏器重量,脏器系数均明显下降,胸腺皮质明显变薄,淋巴细胞稀疏;C组动物的这些指标变化不明显。提示氟对大鼠免疫器官具有一定的损害作用,而“抗氟灵”对此有部分拮抗作用。 The effects of fluoride on immune organ in rats and the antagonistic effects of 'Kangfuling' were studied 24 rats were randomly divided into three groups. Group A served as negative control,group B was treated with NaF orally and group C was treated with NaF solution containing'Kangfuling' orally, The weights, organ indexes, levels of protein and morphology of thymus and spleen were examined in all rats. The results showed that protein contents and organ indexes of thymus and spleen were significantly reduced.thymus cortex became thin,and lymphocytes were sparse in group B. However, no apparent difference was found in group C compared with group A after exposure to fluoride for 2 months, It suggested that fluoride could damage thymus and spleen in rats and the antagonistic effects of 'Kangfuling' has been observed.
