摘要
研究了葡萄采后果粒与果梗间离区发育过程 ,ABA含量变化与离区发育的关系和有关植物生长调节剂、化学药品对离层形成及其果粒脱落的抑制或促进作用。结果表明 :采后葡萄离区细胞逐渐分化形成离层 ,根据离区发育程度 ,将其划分为 0、 1、 2、 3、 4、 5级。离区的发育受制于ABA含量 ,ABA含量上升越快 ,离区发育速度越快 ,离区级别越高 ,落粒率越高。离区第 3级对落粒至关重要 ,如果ABA含量在 2 0ng·g- 1FW以下 ,离区不易达到第3级 ,能有效地防止果粒脱落。经用 9种植物生长调节剂和 2种化学药品处理葡萄果穗试验发现 ,TIBA在抑制ABA形成、推迟离区第 3级到来和防止落粒方面作用明显 ,IAA、GA3、NAA、 6 BA、CaCl2 和KMnO4 亦具有相似的作用 ,而CCC、B9、CEPA和外源ABA却作用相反。
The developing course of abscission zone between berry and stalk after grape harvest,the relationship between the change of ABA content and the development of abscission zone,accelera ting and restraining function of plant growth regulators and chemicals on the formation of abscission zone as well as dropping berry after grape harvest are discussed in this paper.Through the experiment,the following results have been drawn:The cells of abscission zone grows to abscission layer gradually after picking the grape bunch.According to the degree of development of abscission zone,it can be divided into 0,1,2,3,4,5 six grades.The berry is dropping decided by the level of abscission zone and the level of abscission zone is decided by ABA content.The faster the ABA content grows,the faster the abscission zone develops,the higher the degree of abscission zone is and the higher the rate of dropping berry is.The third degree of abscission zone is very important to dropping berry.If the ABA content was reduced to below 20ng·g -1 FW,It isn’t easy to form the third degree of abscission zone,which can prevent the dropping of grape berry effectively.Through the experiments on grape bunches treated with 9 kinds of plant growth regulators and 2 kinds of chemicals,it is showed that TIBA can restrain the formation of ABA exceedingly,delay the formation of the third degree of abscission zone and prevent the dropping berry.IAA,GA 3,NAA,6 BA and CaCl 2 as well as KMnO 4 have the same function,too.But CCC,B 9,CEPA and external ABA have the opposite function.
