摘要
用‘巨峰’和‘长相思’盆栽葡萄进行的实验表明,浆果生长第Ⅰ期的水分胁迫对浆果体积生长降低的影响最大,而第Ⅱ期则没有显著影响。第Ⅲ期水分胁迫使‘巨峰’葡萄果实体积增长量下降,而对‘长相思’葡萄无显著影响。与‘长相思’相比,‘巨峰’葡萄表现出对水分胁迫更大的敏感性。浆果生长Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的水分胁迫对‘巨峰’和‘长相思’果实品质均产生不同程度的消极影响;第Ⅲ期水分胁迫对‘巨峰’葡萄品质亦有消极影响,而对‘长相思’葡萄品质形成则有促进作用。‘巨峰’葡萄叶片光合速率和气孔导性比‘长相思’较高,而“午间低谷”比后者严重。对水分胁迫与浆果生长和品质形成的关系作了讨论,并对不同品种水分胁迫反应方面的差异作了分析。
The water stress was imposed on the potted vines of the kyoho and the Sauvignon blanc cultivars. The stress applied during phase Ⅰ of berry growth was shown to reduce most severely the fruit size but that applied duirng the phase Ⅱ had not any significant effect.The -water stress imposed after veraison on the kyoho vines was also shown to cause a berry volume decrease while that on the vines of Sauvignon blanc did not reduce the berry volume.The Kyoho grapevine was shown to be more sensitive to water deficits than the Sauvignon blanc. A fruit quality depression both for the Kyoho and for the Sauvignon blanc occured when the vines were subjected to water stress during the phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ of berry growth. The stress imposed on the Kyoho vines during maturation ( phase Ⅲ ) had also a negative effect on fruit quality but that on the Sauvignon blanc had a positive effect. The net photosynthetic rate and the stomatal conductance of the leaves of the kyoho vines were shown to be higher and the 'middy depression' to be more severe than those of the Sauvignon blanc. Finally, the relationships between the water stress and the berry growth as well as the fruit maturation have been discussed; the different responses of the two cultivars to water stress were also analysed.
