摘要
我国东西部地区乡镇企业发展不平衡是造成东西部间经济发展差距扩大的一个重要因素。从历史发展过程看 ,东部沿海地区改革开放以来经济得以快速增长的有力支撑 ,来自于区域内乡镇企业的崛起。今天 ,西部社会经济的大发展 ,同样离不开东西部乡镇企业发展的共同支撑。西部大开发战略的实施 ,为东西部乡镇企业实现新一轮经济增长提供了新的历史机遇。要想提升乡镇企业对西部大开发的贡献率 ,首先必须为西部大开发中的乡镇企业的发展作出科学的目标定位。在西部大开发战略既定的大前提下 ,乡镇企业的战略定位 ,包括了乡镇企业发展的空间定位。
The township enterprises in West China is not as developed as that in East China, which constitutes one of the main reasons why the economic unbalance between the two areas accumulates.Historically speaking, the economic development in coastal areas of East China since the reform owes to the boosted township enterprises there. For the same reason, the social and economic development is West China can not be achieved without the support of township enterprises in both East and West China. With the start of the Great Development of Western Regions in China, the town-ship enterprises in both areas have come to a most opportune era to get further development. However, a scientific orientation in strategy in West China Township enterprises must be made in accordance with the established strategic orientation to the development of West China, which includes the orientation in space, in industry and in social responsibility.
