西部开发,带给西部社会经济一次极好的发展机会。新时期的中国西部开发,无论在规模、还是在政策与市场等要素方面,具有鲜明的与众不同的特点与方式。众多的政策配套,不同的政策支撑,地方的政策选择与明断决策,成为西部开发的重要推动力。西部的开发立足于经济结构的调整,借势推进产业的全面升级和城市化进程。
The development of China抯 West offers a good opportunity for the social and economic development of the western part. In a new historical period, the develpment of China抯 West has distinctive characteristics and ways in terms of its scale, policy and market. Many supporting policies, reliance on various policies, and policy choice and decision of local government have become an important impetus for this region抯 development. The development of China抯 West should be based on the readjustment of economic structure to comprehensively upgrade the industies and push forward the process of urbanization.
