摘要
知识经济时代,用户对知识的需求量急剧增长,用户服务是信息服务机构的出发点和归宿,满足用户需求解决用户的问题是服务质量的最终体现,也是信息部门发展的客观要求。本文结合知识服务现状对用户的知识需求特点作了阐述,对影响知识服务的因素作了分析,并对知识服务实现平台及保障体系建设提出具体的设想。
In knowledge economy era,Quantity of user demand for knowledge is increasing rapidly,The user service is the start point and the ultimate goal of information service institutions.To meet demand of users and to solve problems of the users is the ultimate embodiment of the service quality,And it is also the objective requirement of development of information sectors.Combinating the status of knowledge ser vice,This paper elaborated the characteristics of user's knowledge requirement,analysed influence factors of knowledge service,and put forward specific ideas to achieve knowledge service platform and to con struct security system.
