摘要
针对图书情报机构长久生存与可持续发展的现实需要,本文提出图书情报机构知识服务引入战略管理的重要意义。通过将战略管理理论与知识服务三维框架理论相结合,分析了知识服务战略管理的内涵。在此基础上,从要素结构因素和关联结构因素两个角度,对图书情报机构知识服务的影响因素进行了分析和调研,问卷调查和数据分析的结果验证了提出的影响因素的合理性。
For the long-term survival and sustainable development of library and information institutions,this article points out the important significance of introducing strategic management to knowledge service in library and information institutions. By combining the theory of strategic management with the theory of the three-dimensional framework of knowledge services,this article analyzes the connotation of strategic management of knowledge service. Based on this,the article carry out the questionnaire survey and data analysis of the impact factors of knowledge service in library and information institutions in terms of the structural factors of the elements and the relationships. Results show the reasonability of the proposed impact factors.
