降脂丸对动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型炎症因子表达的影响 被引量:5

Effect of lipid-lowering pills on inflammatory cytokines expression in atherosclerosis rat model

摘要 目的:研究降脂丸对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠模型炎症因子的影响,探讨其抗动脉粥样硬化的机制。方法:SD大鼠腹腔注射维生素D3后灌胃脂肪乳剂建立动脉粥样硬化模型,并随机分成正常对照组,模型组,降脂丸高、中、低剂量组,辛伐他汀组,28 d后用全自动生化仪检测血清C反应蛋白(CRP),HE染色观察主动脉病理学改变,免疫组化法检测主动脉壁细胞间黏附因子-1(IACM-1)。结果:与模型组比较,降脂丸各干预组明显减轻AS程度,降低血清CRP水平,下调主动脉壁IACM-1表达。结论:降脂丸缓解AS进程效果明显,其机制可能与下调主动脉壁IACM-1的表达有关。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of lipid-lowering pills on inflammatory cytokines in atherosclerosis (AS) rat model , and to explore its mechanism of anti atherosclerosis. METHODS SD rats were given orally with fat emulsion after in traperitoneal injection of vitamin 133 to establish the atherosclerosis model. The rats were ramdomly divided into normal control group, model group, high-dose, middle-dose and low dose lipid-lowering pills groups, simvastatin group. 28 clays later the rats were sacrificed for determing serum C-reactive protein (CRP) by automatic biochemical analyzer; observing aortic pathological changes by HE staining; and measuring intercellular adhesion molecule -1 (1ACM-1) ofaortic wall ces by immunohisochemi- cal assay, RESULTS Compared with the model group, each lipid-lowering pills group significantly reduced the AS degree and serum CRP levels, down-regulated IACM 1 expression of the aorta wall eellsCONCLUSION The effect of remission of AS process by the treatment of lipid-lowering pills is obvious, the mechanism may be associated with the downregulation of aortic wall IACM-1 expression.
