时空关联成像在胎儿心脏超声研究中的现状与进展 被引量:1

摘要 时空关联成像(Spatio—temporalImageCorrelation,STIC)是近年来新问世的一种专用于胎儿心脏的动态延时三维成像技术。STIC技术可以在短时间内完成对整个胎儿心脏的扫描,将三维数据的采集与时相信息的获取结合起来,并运用多种成像模式,进行离线分析。以“准实时”的方式显示胎儿心脏的立体超声影像。不仅大大缩短了胎儿心脏扫描时间,而且比常规二维胎儿超声心动图提供了更多胎儿心脏的切面及信息。本文阐述了STIC技术的基本原理,叙述了多种胎儿心脏动态三维超声的成像模式,介绍了STIC技术在胎儿心脏诊断方面的临床应用、国内外的研究进展情况及优缺点,并总结了STIC技术应用于胎儿心脏方面的发展趋势。
