摘要
目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与自我和谐的关系。方法应用时间管理倾向量表和自我和谐量表对249名学生进行问卷调查。结果①不同性别、是否兼职的大学生在时间管理倾向上均有显著性差异(F=3.888,4.547;P<0.05),二者交互作用并不显著;②自我和谐中的自我刻板性维度显著高于全国常模(t=5.059,P<0.001),而自我与经验不和谐维度、自我灵活性维度与全国常模均无显著性差异;③时间监控感、时间效能感、时间管理倾向总分与自我和谐均有显著相关(r=0.216,0.378,0.273;P<0.001),时间价值感与自我和谐不存在显著相关;④时间效能感对自我和谐有预测作用(F=41.234,P<0.001)。结论大学生的时间管理能力受性别、是否兼职的影响;时间效能感对自我和谐有一定的预测作用,但预测性较低,说明还有其他因素影响大学生的自我和谐水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between time management disposition and self consistency and congruence of college students. Methods A total of 249 college students were investigated with the time management dispositign scale and self consistency and congruence scale. Results ①Great differences existed in time management disposition according to the two aspect- s-college students' gender and whether they had part-time job or not (F = 3. 888,4. 547,P〈 0. 05), however, the two aspects had no obvious interaction (CF= 0. 643,P〉0. 05);② The dimensions of self-stereotyping in consistency and congruence were sigmili- candy higher than the national norm(t= 5. 059,P〈0. 001),while there were no significant differences among the dimensions of harmony of self and experience ,self-flexibility and national norm(t= 0. 938 ,-0. 748 ;P〉0.05) ;③Signifieant correlation existed a- mong sense of time control,sense of time efficacy,time management and self consistency and congruence (r= 0. 216,0. 378,0. 273; P〈0. 001),however,sense of time value and self consistency and congruence had no great correlation(r= 0. 120,P〉0.05). ④ Sense of time efficacy could have a predictive effect on self consistency and congruence(F=41. 234,P〈0. 001). Conclusion The ability of college students' time management is influenced by gender and part-time jobs.;Sense of time efficacy can predict self con- sistency and congruence ,but the predictive effect is not obvious ,which also indicates that there are other factors influencing college students' self consistency and congruence.
