摘要
学生面谈制度是日本高校学生事务管理的核心内容,以提供个性化的教育和相应的心理支持为工作目标。辽宁何氏医学院在学生管理工作中借鉴日本高校的学生面谈制度,依托本科生导师实施定期访谈,根据学生的心理评测及学业成绩来评价工作成效,初步确认学生面谈制度在地方院校医学生管理工作中的有用性,为地方院校建设新医科,推进学生管理模式改革做出有益探索。
SCS(student counseling system)is the core content of Student Affairs Management among the colleges and universities in the Japan.Inclusion of providing individualized and thorough personality education corresponding psychological support.He University has gradually introduced Japan student counseling system into student administration affairs,conducts regular interviews based on undergraduate tutors,evaluates the effectiveness of the work according to student’s psychological evaluation and academic achievement.Preliminary confirmation of the usefulness of SCS in student administration affairs in local medical colleges,which make a beneficial exploration for the reform of the student administration mode in local medical colleges in the new medical education.
