摘要 在一个复杂的装配体中如何对零件进行强度计算引起了许多CAE工程师的关注。以一个手刹系统的强度计算为例,分别对其原装配系统及简化模型进行了强度分析,计算表明二者的计算结果存在较大的差距。为研究其原因,用一个类似例子进行了单因素的分析,通过改变轴承处的壁厚来考察不同的仿真建模方式下某点的米塞斯应力,结果表明,当轴承处的壁厚发生改变时,随着壁厚的增加,差距呈现先减小后增大的趋势,但最小差距也在12倍左右。研究表明,使用简化模型进行强度计算存在较大的误差,应当谨慎使用。 How to carry out strength calculation to the parts in a complex assembly causes the attention of many CAE engineers. Taking a hand brake system strength calculation as the example, it respectively takes the strength analysis and calculation to the original assembly system and the simplified model and shows that the calculated results of the two has a big gap. To study its causes, with a similar example it carry out to the single factor analysis, by changing the wall thickness of bearing place to study von mises stress under different simulation modeling method at some point, and the results show that when the bearing of wall thickness changes, with the increase of wall thickness, the gap presents the trend of increase after the decrease, but the minimum gap is around 12 times. Research has shown that using the simplified model for strength calculation there is big error, which should be paid attention to use.
