摘要
渐开线齿轮传动是机械传动的主要传动方式,具有加工简单、中心距不灵敏等优点,但也有接触强度低、滑动系数大等明显缺点。文中基于分离函数法原理实现了一种新型齿形齿轮的设计,并进行了主要参数的计算和有限元强度仿真。结果表明,该齿轮比渐开线齿轮具有更大的承载能力,可满足高速重载齿轮传动的要求。
The involute gear transmission is the major transmission mode in mechanical transmission that possesses advantages of simplicity in machining and non-sensitive of center distance etc. , yet it has evident shortcomings in low contacting strength and large sliding coefficient etc.. On the basis of the principle of separation function method this paper achieved a kind of design of gear with new typed tooth form and carried out a calculation and finite element strength simulation on the main parameters. The result showed that this kind of gear possesses more load-bearing capacity than those of the involute gears, and could satisfy the requirements of high speed and heavy duty gear transmission.
