摘要
企业竞争优势的形成是一个动态的复杂过程。将利益相关者满意度、竞争优势以及企业创新结合起来,建立一个动态的理论模型。研究认为,企业创新有助于企业竞争优势和利益相关者满意度的提高,但过高的竞争优势和利益相关者满意度会由于组织惯性和利益相关者激励不足而对企业创新产生负面影响;外部环境的动态性和内部企业文化,在企业创新与利益相关者满意和竞争优势的互动关系中起调节作用。建立的动态理论框架,对于理解企业社会责任和竞争优势的关系提供了一个新的视角,为进一步的实证研究和理论创新奠定了基础。
the formation of competitive advantage often present a dynamic and complex process. This paper de- velops a dynamic model that links together stakeholders satisfaction, competitive advantage, and corporate in- novation. The results show that innovation is vital for improving both competitive advantage and stakeholders satisfaction, but a too high level of competitive advantage and stakeholders satisfaction may result in organiza- tional inertia and stakeholder inadequacy stimulation, thus reducing propensity to innovation. Furthermore, ex- ternal (environmental dynamism) and internal (firm innovation culture) variables moderate, respectively, the impact of innovation on competitive advantage and stakeholders satisfaction. This paper represents a new viewpoint to use system dynamics to improve the comprehension of the relationships between CSR and com- petitive advantage, which lays foundations for further empirical research and theoretical innovation.
