利益相关者满意度、竞争优势与企业创新

摘要 企业竞争优势的形成是一个动态的复杂过程。将利益相关者满意度、竞争优势以及企业创新结合起来,构建了一个动态的理论模型。研究表明,企业创新有助于企业竞争优势和利益相关者满意度的提高,但过高的竞争优势和利益相关者满意度会由于组织惯性和利益相关者激励不足而对企业创新产生负面影响;外部环境的动态性和内部企业文化在企业创新与利益相关者满意度和竞争优势的互动关系中起到调节作用。
