具有木质素溶解能力的离子液体的合成及溶解工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用阴离子交换树脂合成出对木质素有溶解能力的离子液体[BMIM][CH3COO],对其进行了核磁氢谱分析证实,然后选取固液比、反应时间、反应温度设计[BMIM][CH3COO]溶解玉米秸秆的L_9(3^3)正交试验,通过对正交试验结果的分析最终得出最佳的溶解条件为:固液比5%,反应时间24h,反应温度100℃,且在该条件下木质素的溶出率可达15.06%。 Anion exchange resin was used to synthesis the ionic liquid [BMIM][-CHsCOO] with ability to dissolve lignin. The product confirmed was through analyzing it's H NMR. Then the solid-liquid ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature were selected to design 1.9 (3s) orthogonal test on [BMIM] [CHACOO] dissolving lignin. The best dissolving conditions found were as follows: the solid-liquid ratio was 5%, the reaction time was 24h, and the reaction temperature was 100℃. Under these conditions the lignin dissolving rate could be up to 15.06.
