摘要
目的调查精神分裂症患者家属心理健康水平及个性特征。方法调查对象为精神病专科医院2011年9月～2012年9月收治的116例精神分裂症患者，将其设为观察组，同期正常体检的城镇居民116例设为常规组，自制表格对两组人群进行问卷调查对比分析，探讨精神分裂症患者家属心理健康水平及个性特征。结果问卷调查结果显示观察组各项得分均高于常规组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论精神分裂症患者家属普遍心理健康水平较低，存在多种心理健康问题，需指导给予关心，支持树立信心，对其进行心理干预有利于家属的心理健康。
Objective To investigate the mental health status and personality characteristics of family members of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 116 patients with schizophrenia, treated in the psychiatric hospital from September 20l 1 to September 2012, were selected as respondents and were divided into the observation group. 116 urban residents with normal physical examination were selected as the normal group. To compare the two groups by questionnaire and to investigate the mental health status and personality characteristics of family members of patients with schizophrenia. Results The questionnaires results showed that the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the normal group. And the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The mental health levels of family members of patients with schizophrenia are generally low. There are many mental health problems in them. They need guidance and care. They need support so as to build up confidence. The psychological intervention is helpful for the mental health of family members of patients with schizophrenia.
