摘要
目的探讨联合应用多西他赛注射液与铂类方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理措施。方法选取2009年3月至2011年3月进行多西他赛与铂类方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的患者80例，给予多西他赛20．2—29mg／m。（即每次40mg）加0．9％氯化钠注射液100mL静脉滴注，每周1次，连用6周休息2周为1个疗程，于第1天及第22天给予顺铂60mg／m。或卡铂加0．9％氯化钠注射液500mL静脉滴注，所有患者均接受至少8周的化学治疗，治疗过程中进行精心的专科护理，观察治疗效果。结果80例患者部分缓解（PR）35例，有效率43．75％，为患者进行专科护理后所有患者顺利完成治疗，效果显著。结论对非小细胞肺癌的患者进行精细的专科护理，可增加多西他赛与铂类方案的疗效，并减少并发症的发生几率，值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of the regimen of docetaxel combined with cisplatin in treating advanced non- small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 cases of non-small cell lung cancer from March 2009 to March 2011 were selected and given docetaxel 20.2-29 mg/（m2） ,40 mg each time, adding 0. 9% chloride sodium injection solution 100 mL by intravenous drip, once per week for continuous 6 weeks, then taking a rest for 2 weeks as a course of treatment, cisplatin 60 mg/m2 or carboplatin（AUC =5） was given on 1,22 d,adding 0.9% chloride sodium injection solution 500 mL by intravenous drip. All the cases received at least 8-week chemotherapy. During treatment process, careful professional nursing was performed. The curative effects were observed. Results Among 80 cases, partial remission（PR） was in 35 cases with the effective rate of 43.75%. After conducting the professional nursing, all cases completed the chemotherapy with significant effect. Conclusion The elaborate nursing on the patients with non- small cell lung cancer can increase the effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin or carboplatin and reduce the incidence rate of complications and deserves to be clinically promoted
