厄罗替尼二线治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理被引量：3

摘要目的:总结完善厄罗替尼二线治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理对策。方法:通过16例患者应用厄罗替尼观察用药过程中的不良反应,采取护理对策。结果:在总共接受口服厄罗替尼(特罗凯)二线化疗的16例患者中,总有效率为12.5%。应用中,出现皮疹15例,腹泻11例,食欲降低7例,肝功能损害3例,白细胞下降2例,血小板降低2例。经对症处理后不良反应均得到一定控制。结论:尼罗替尼对非小细胞肺癌患者疗效满意,且耐受性良好。
