优化门诊静脉输液流程管理对提高输液室工作效率的作用 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨优化门诊静脉输液室的流程管理对提高输液室工作效率的作用。方法选取门诊护士12人，将2010年1—12月设为对照组，随机抽取输液患者200例；将2011年1—12月设为研究组，随机抽取输液患者200例。对照组采用传统的输液流程，研究组采用优化后的输液流程。统计两组流程应用期间差错事件发生情况以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组差错事件发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论优化门诊静脉输液流程管理对提高输液室工作效率的积极意义，可减少差错事件发生率，提高患者满意度。
