摘要
目的探讨急诊输液管理系统的应用与效果。方法利用医院信息管理系统,引入条形码技术,自行设计开发了急诊输液管理系统,包括输液操作、输液情况查询统计、停医嘱、自定义4个模块。结果应用急诊输液管理系统后,节省了护士医嘱处理的时间,提高了转抄及执行医嘱正确率,提高了急诊输液室护士及患者的满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用急诊输液管理系统可提高护士工作效率,增加患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effects of emergency transfusion management system. Methods The emergency infusion manage- ment system was developed by using the hospital information management system and applying bar code technology. The emergency infusion management system included the four modules of infusion operation, infusion query statistics, stopping the doctors＇order and self - defining modules. Results After the application of the emergency infusion management system,the processing time of the doctors＇order was reduced,the accuracy rates of copying and perfomling the doctors＇order were increased, the satisfaction rates of the nurses and patients were improved, the difference was singnificant statistica^y （P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The work efficiency of nurses and the satisfaction of the patients earl he increased by using the emergency infusion management system.
