Development Practice on High Strength Structural Steel Q550D

摘要 叙述了南阳汉冶特钢Q550D高强度结构钢的研制开发过程。成分设计采用低碳高锰添加适量V、Nb、Ti、Mo、B等合金元素,炼钢工艺采用铁水脱S预处理、LF+VD炉外精炼、低过热度浇注,轧制方面通过确定合理的加热温度、TMCP轧制工艺、轧后堆垛缓冷等一系列工艺及措施,工业化生产出来的钢板力学性能优良、内部质量良好。 This article describes the development of high strength structural steel Q550D. In composition design, we adopted the scheme of low carbon and high manganese and added proper amount of microalloy elements, such as V, Nb, Ti, Mo and B. In steelmaking, we adopted the processes of hot metal desulphurization, LF+VD secondary re- fining and low superheat casting. In rolling, we determined the proper heating temperature and adopted the proces- ses of TMCP and stacking cooling. The steel plates with excellent mechanical properties and internal soundness were produced successfully,
